Lose weight and have fun at the same time!

An age old method for being happy and staying fit is rocking your body out to some great music!  It’s so basic yet highly underestimated.  Taking the night off to go to a show and dance till you sweat maybe the easiest way to lose weight.  If you have the extra time and money why not check out a festival?

Being outside in nature and walking around to all the stages for 2-3 days straight is a phenomenal way to burn off lots of extra calories and get inspired. The biggest festival in the country is a good place to start 🙂  Literally miles of grass fields to trek across is undoubtedly a solid move.  The perfect storm to drink lots of water, work out the body, and lift your spirits!
